The sales agent was thorough, patient, and informative. Very courteous and professional to work with. He understood my needs and he was efficient. He didn't waste my time. Today Miguel, a Bell Brothers technician came out to check plumbing safety, i.e. valves, water lines, inside and outside my home. He also checked the water heater. He made some recommendations and followed up by having Chris, a salesman come out. Chris discussed with me a couple of plans, warranties, and benefits that the company offers to meet my needs and financial comfort. A couple of years ago they replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I trust this firm and will be utilizing its services once again soon.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but Luis definitely earned this one. I had a nasty clog in my upstairs shower, and Luis handled it like a pro from start to finish. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and immediately got to work. What stood out most was how helpful and consultative he was—he didn’t just fix the issue, he explained what caused it, what he pulled out (which was wild), and gave me practical tips to help prevent it from happening again. No upselling, just honest, knowledgeable advice. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up like he was never even there. It’s rare to find someone this professional and easy to work with. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues, Luis is the one to call. Highly recommend!

After I scheduled the appointment, Scott arrived soon and got me a diagnosis of the problem quickly. He gave me quotes for different repair scenarios and explained each in detail. Once i chose a repair option, he got to work and resolved the issue with the leaking faucet. Scott was a consummate professional, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work done.

Requested second opinion on main sewer line blockage. Aaron arrived promptly after request made and assessed the situation. Also checked areas toilet water levels that were low and gurgling noises were heard from the toilets and back up of water seen in 2nd bathtub. He immediately went to work on the situation, After explaining what was happening, And what needed to be done. The company was running a special $67 for drain clearance. I agreed and he went right to work completed in a very short time used a cutting machine into the main sewer access and Removed many tree roots that were blocking the flow of fluid. He also assessed the street access covered by the county and found that it needed attention from them gave me the information how to reach them. (I had been without any access to the toilets for use for a full day prior and had put a request into my AHS homeowners insurance to bring another company in. They said it would be $650 to do the work That was needed and couldn’t do it for maybe a day or two, mind you I had no access to my toilets and he advised me not to use any running water. until it was repaired😱.) I feel that Aaron from Bell Brothers Did a great job and provide high quality work, understood the urgency of getting it done. He did the same work that my AHS ‘s suggested company would have charged much more to do ( $650) I will use them again for all of my needs that they provide

Your representatives Marcelles Cain and partner made a detailed and thorough presentation regarding our request for duct and insulation work on our home. They were very professional and patient answering all of our questions. They are excellent representatives of Bell Brothers. Our choice for another company had absolutely nothing to do with them. It was based on price point and nothing else. We chose another well-known Sacramento HVAC company that would provide us the same quality products and installation services at quite a substantially lower price. Our choice was based largely on their excellent local reviews and on the strong recommendation from our daughter that used the same company. The contract I signed was cancelled through Mr. Cain within the 5-day grace period.

Bell Brothers was well represented by their Technician Dillan H., who was called to service the A/C System in a new condominium that we recently moved into. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the present condition of the A/C System, which he serviced and made appropriate recommendations. Isaiah came to check out the cooling/heating system in my house. He was extremely helpful and as real as anyone can get. He gave me a great quote and made me feel like I picked the right choice when choosing which company to come and handle the repairs for my broken AC system. Will be using them again shortly to fix it up and get it running!

Vincent R. came to my house today and tried his best to clear my kitchen drain. he was unable to complete the job but advised me that i had severe blockage due to excessive starch/water buildup that happened over time. he directed me to Derrick who came out and placed a camera in the drain and verified Vincent's diagnosis. i felt comfortable that all steps were taken to resolve the problem and it will be completed tomorrow.

My AC quit working. the compressor was not turning on. I called these guys. The tech did a thorough inspection of all the parts including the heat exchanger, etc., He finally found out that it was a blown fuse and he replaced it and the unit started to work.
