Luis inspected the plumbing from the crawlspace vantage as well as what could be seen inside my home. Turns out my plumbing to all interior fixtures is all ok, but there is a dripping leak from where the heater is located. As I don’t have an air conditioning unit, where the water has come from is a mystery, but the flooring in the heater closet is also wet. The heater guy will need to help figure this out. Thank you Luis for checking the crawlspace for me. Relief that my plumbing connections are solid. Definite mystery.

We have currently and have had for over 7 years, a maintenance/tune-up service contract with bell brothers heating and air. For the past 5+ years, Leroy S. has been the service technician. He is absolutely the best. We schedule and ask for Leroy exclusively. He is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, follows maintenance and turn-up check & inspection procedures exactly. Our heating and air system has performed to specifications since Leroy S. has been performing the periodic checks. We will continue to ask for his services by name.
